Admission Requirements:
Trevecca Towers Retirement Community is a Section 8, low income housing facility.
- Persons must be at least 62 years of age.
- Married couples, one must be at least 62 years of age.
- Persons with an established physical disability are exempt from the age requirement.
- All residents are responsible for the care of their apartment and person.
- A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required and is refundable when tenant moves out, provided there is no damage to the apartment beyond normal wear and tear.
- To move in a pet, a deposit of $300.00 will be required. Pet deposit is refundable upon move out if there is no pet damage to the apartment.
- There are no entrance fees, utility bills, or maintenance charges. One monthly rental fee covers all these services and more.
