Service Coordinators play an essential role in serving Trevecca Tower residents.   Our goal is to empower our residents through education and individual help to meet the needs of our residents.

Service Coordinators provide numerous services each month.  We presently have an on-site podiatrist and a DHS representative once a month.   Other services include health screenings, volunteers to assist with housekeeping, Metro Food Commodities, a variety of support groups, tax assistance, drivers safety courses, counseling, etc.   These services are provided by outside agencies through the Service Coordinators office.

Service Coordinators also work with individual residents.   We try to assist with medicare and social security problems, homemaker needs, advocating to management, working with families, connecting to transportation resources, etc.  Once we meet with a resident and assess the need, the Service Coordinators attempt to find resources to meet these needs.

We also provide an educational program that is accessible to all residents.   The "Life to Years" program offers seminars on a wide variety of topics including identity theft, scams, medicare education,  grief, legal needs, and a large range of health issues.  As residents come to these seminars, they earn points for rewards.  Twice a year, there is a "Celebration Seminar" for residents who have reached benchmarks in the "Life to Years" program where donated prizes are raffled off and a dinner is provided.

We are here to connect our residents  to the services they need!  We want our residents to be able to age-in-place and add "Life to their Years".
